Retirement Announcement

Pat Taylor is a registered nurse and has worked for the facility since June of 1982. Pat has filled many positions in the facility over the years. She began as a medication nurse/RN supervisor. She has been Medicare Manager, Admissions coordinator, and MDS & Care Plan Coordinator. Pat has also been Director of Nursing Services, and Administrator in a sister facility. Larry Taylor has worked for the facility in the Maintenance Department since June of 1993. In June of 1994 they were married.

When asked: “What have you liked the most while working here?” Pat and Larry both answered quickly, “The people.” Pat added, “Because they are family. When you get to know them, you can count on them - you depend on them, and they’ll stand behind you. I’ve enjoyed my job and the satisfaction of doing a good job. The residents are the greatest asset you have.” The Taylor’s will take many years of experience with them and will be greatly missed by the whole family at Searcy Healthcare Center.
