JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH by Garrett Johnson
Walden Media has become known for wholesome adventure movies like the Chronicles of Narnia, Bridge to Terabithia and Waterhorse. This movie, based loosely upon Jules Verne's class novel, is a wonderful film the entire family can enjoy. It reminds me of a watered-down Indiana Jones, but even grown ups will stay entertained with beautiful imagery and suspenseful plot. My only complaint is that some scenes seem a little far-fetched, but at the same time, this fantasy world is just that - fantasy. A must see at 5 stars.
