Prep. Time: 20 min. Bake Time: 20 min. Ingredients: You will need:1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese 1 bag of shredded monteray jack cheese 3 cups of warm milk 3 table spoons of butter 1/4 cup of chopped onions (I like them finely chopped) 1 tbls. of Dijon Mustard 1/4 cup of flour 1 bag of bowtie or wagon wheel noodles boiled 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/2 stick of butter Directions: 1. Pre heat oven to 350.--- In a medium saucepan, sautee 3 tbls. of butter with 1/4 cup of onions.When onions are a nice golden color mix in flour. 2. When flour starts to turn brown add 2 cups of warm milk to the mixture. 3. Allow milk to heat until almost boiling. 4. Add both bags of cheese, and the dijon mustard. 5. Pour boiled/drained noodles in a 13X9 casserole dish. 6. Pour sauce mixture directly on top of noodles, covering them completely. 7. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix with itailian bread crumbs and sprinkle over top of macaroni. 8. Bake macaroni at 350 for approx. 20 minutes or until bread topping is golden brown.
