90 MINUTES IN HEAVEN by Don Piper by Garrett Johnson
Who wouldn't want to read this book just by seeing the title? This is the story of a man who allegedly dies in a car accident and goes to heaven. While this sounds like an amazing read, proceed with caution. The book is very poorly written and contains very few pages about his "heaven" experience. Not to downplay his pain or experience, but I almost feel like he is capitalizing on his pain, as he seems to selfishly go on and on. The heaven experience is mildly interesting at best and leaves you wondering if he's not just trying to make money, as the book has sold more than 3 million copies and is only part in a collection of marketed books. 3 stars.
