Third Generation Industries is owned and operated by Randy Allred. Allred has been involved in construction since 1981. During his high school days, he worked alongside his dad building houses from the ground up. He did everything from siding to windows to doors. His current company is named Third Generation Industries because Allred is the third generation in his family to do construction work. He learned the trade by working with his father and his grandfather. Now Allred’s sons are learning the trade.

Upon his high school graduation, he began to work for Lowe’s for a change of pace. Allred worked for Lowe’s for five years before he purchased his countertop business from the previous owner. Allred has owned TGI since September.

It’s a passion for Allred to do everything he can to give the customers exactly what they deserve. It’s not an unattainable product, and he tries to be accommodating for all of his clients. Out of all the experiences in this field, Allred truly enjoys having the opportunity to meet and work with new and different people. According to Allred, everyone he meets is incredibly nice, and he enjoys the chance to get to work with them. Each experience is different.

Allred is always proud of his work. It is important when he shows his work that he knows it is a top-quality product, and he wants to make sure the customers know the product they receive is top-quality.

“It’s always rewarding to go into a house at the beginning of the day, and at the end of one day their kitchen is completely transformed” said Allred. “No longer does the customer have ordinary kitchen countertops; instead they have a countertop that only a few have.”

The process of acquiring new countertops takes approximately three weeks. Allred will go take measurements, form a template, place the order, and then once the parts have been fabricated, the countertops can be installed in one day.
