CRUNCHY SALAD



1 Head Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
1 Bunch Broccoli Heads, Chopped
1 Cup Walnuts or Pecan Pieces
1 Package (3 oz.) Ramen Noodles, Uncooked & Broken Up

DRESSING
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce


Mix all salad ingredients together and pour dressing over salad just before serving. For dressing, mix together in jar, shake well and store in refrigerator until needed.
