LIGHT POTATOES SUPREME

1-1/4 Cups Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Teaspoons Prepared Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 (10-3/4 oz.) Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Package Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 Tablespoon All Natural Butter-Flavored Granules
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Nonfat Sour Cream

TOPPING
3 Cups Corn Flakes, Coarsely Chopped
Nonstick Cooking Spray

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In extra large bowl or Dutch oven, combine milk, soup, onion, butter-flavor granules, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Stir in potatoes and cheese. Spread evenly in ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish.

2. Sprinkle cereal over potato mixture. Spray cereal with non-stick cooking spray. Cover tightly with sheet of spray-coated foil.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly.
