Described as a typical day in the life of Charlie Brown, "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (revised)" re-opened on Broadway in 1999. It is a fresh approach to the all-time 1967 classic. Sally Brown joins Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Schroeder and Snoopy in this version. Two new songs, Beethoven Day and My New Philosophy, have been added to the twelve wonderful numbers of the original version, such as My Blanket and Me, The Kite, The Baseball Game, Little Known Facts, Suppertime, and Happiness.

Portraying these lovable characters is a group of talented all-star performers from the Searcy area. "Victoria Hargrove, Lauren Lawson, Aaron Tucker, Jami Winfrey, Storm Puszewski, and Jackson Pulliam have come together to form an ensemble that audiences young and old alike are sure to enjoy." Winfrey, Puszewski, and Pulliam all came up through the Center's afterschool children's theater program, Land O'Frost KidStage. The cast is accompanied by pianist Sherry Organ, with music direction by Jordan Dollins. "This production focuses on the ensemble of talent you will see featured," commented director Allen Busby. "It is a group effort and they have really worked well together." Audiences will be pleased to see the camaraderie that makes this production of the musical work so well." Busby recently moved to the Searcy area from Memphis , Tennessee , where he worked at Circuit Playhouse and Playhouse on the Square." His performance in "Dead Man's Cell Phone" at Circuit Playhouse was named in The Memphis Flyer as one of the 100 things that defined Memphis theatre during the last decade.
