Main Street Searcy recently held a ribbon cutting at the Certified Arkansas Farmers' Market located at the south end of Spring Park in the Main Street district.

The CAFM market has been open in Searcy since June 6 of this year. It proudly sells Arkansas-grown products every Saturday and Wednesday beginning at 7:00 a.m. According to Main Street Director Amy Burton, "The farmers' market sells more than fruits and vegetables. Visitors can buy beefalo, eggs, fresh dairy items, and products such as jelly, pesto, whole grain bread and pasta made from Arkansas-grown products."
